The administration of the Mozgopit.com website in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) will respond to any notices of copyright infringement and will take appropriate actions in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

If your copyrighted material has been unlawfully, in your opinion, posted on the Mozgopit.com pages and you wish to have it removed, you must provide written documentation in accordance with the requirements and procedure set out below on this page.

Warning: Remember that you will be fully liable for damages caused to Mozgopit.com (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you provide false and / or distorted information regarding your copyrights. Before filing a complaint about any material on the Mozgopit.com website, consult your lawyer.

The administration of the Mozgopit.com resource has a negative attitude towards copyright infringement on the Mozgopit.com website. Therefore, if you are the owner of exclusive rights, including:

the exclusive right to reproduce;
the exclusive right to public display;
the exclusive right to communicate to the public.
and your rights are somehow violated using the Mozgopit.com resource, send a message to our complaints service (in electronic form), in accordance with our recommendations below.

E-mail for complaints: info@Mozgopit.com

Important: It is imperative to include in the complaint letter (otherwise, Mozgopit.com reserves the right, and you agree, not to consider your complaint) the following information in full:

1. Details of the copyright object in relation to which, in your opinion, a violation has occurred on the Mozgopit.com website:

1.1. Name of the product or work — Russian and English.
1.2. Official page of the product or work, or source of the text on the Internet.
1.3. For a Legal Entity / Copyright Holder of electronic publications / computer programs / databases — A copy of the state registration document.
1.4. For a Legal Entity / Copyright Holder, audio and video materials — Rental Certificate (scanned copy).
1.5. For a Legal Entity / Copyright Holder of photos and graphic materials — a document confirming the right of ownership or copyright to the image.

2. Details of the copyright holder:

2.1. Full name of the legal entity. Or passport details of an individual.
2.2. Postal address (if the legal and postal addresses do not match, the legal address must be indicated).
2.3. The copyright holder’s website on the Internet.
2.4. License for the right to operate (if such activity is licensed in accordance with the procedure established by law in your country).
2.5. Contact person of the copyright holder (full name, position, telephone, email).

3. Details of the person filing the complaint.

3.1. Full name.
3.2. Position.
3.3. Telephone.
3.4. Email.
3.5. A copy of the power of attorney to act on behalf of the Copyright Holder (not required if the person filing the complaint is the head of the Copyright Holder’s company).

4. Claim details.

4.1. Address of the website page that contains data that allegedly violates the rights of the Copyright Holder. The link must look like this:
https://Mozgopit.com/XXXXX
4.2. A full description of the essence of the alleged violation of the Copyright Holder’s rights.

5. A signature on the legality of the actions (filled out by hand and sent as a scanned copy). Mandatory for each complaint.

6. Important: The complaints handling department (including the administration and management) of the Mozgopit.com website will not consider the following type of complaint, and the Copyright Holder agrees with this:

If the video material, the posting of which allegedly violates the Copyright Holder’s rights, is physically posted on a third-party resource, for example, on the website vk.com, youtube.com, video.bigmir.net, rutube.ru, video.online.ua, video.mail.ru, truba.com, vimeo.com or on other similar video file storage services, and is inserted on the Mozgopit.com website page only as a video broadcast code.

In this case, Mozgopit.com does not violate any copyrights regarding such or such video materials, since Mozgopit.com has nothing to do with the distribution of such videos, but only displays publicly available (similar to how search engines do) information distributed on third-party resources.

If such video materials violate the rights of the Copyright Holder, the Copyright Holder must contact the original source and remove the video that violates his rights on the video hosting site.

After deleting a video file from the video hosting site, it will automatically (without any intervention) be removed from the Mozgopit.com site.

In this case, there is no point in demanding the removal of any video from the Mozgopit.com site, but it is necessary to contact the source site that distributes the video. Mozgopit.com will indicate under each in video file link to the source site, where the video is broadcast from and where the Copyright Holder should contact with complaints. This will greatly save the time of our complaints department and the time of the Copyright Holder.
